Министр здравоохранения РФ Михаил Мурашко вручил государственную награду врачу из Самары. Хирург Сергей Скупченко получил медаль Луки Крымского. Врач заслужил высокую оценку профессиональной деятельности за службу на фронте. Благодаря его работе в качестве волонтёра-медика участники СВО смогли получить экстренную хирургическую помощь.
Сергей Скупченко работает заведующим отделением, врачом-эндоскопистом в городской клинической больнице им. Н. И. Пирогова. Он добровольно отправился в ДНР на помощь нуждающимся. По словам врача, медики оказались к месту в прифронтовом госпитале. Они не спали ночами, спасая жизни раненых вблизи разрывающихся снарядов.
Стоит отметить, что власти содействуют развитию здравоохранения на освобождённых территориях. «РЕГИОН ОНЛАЙН» писал о том, что в ЛНР появился Региональный сосудистый центр. Он оснащён современным технологическим оборудованием.
