Международное рейтинговое агентство S&P Global Ratings (S&P) понизило долгосрочный суверенный кредитный рейтинг РФ в иностранной валюте с “ВВВ-” до “CCC-“, говорится в сообщении.
Долгосрочный рейтинг в национальной валюте также понижен с “BBB-” до ССС-.
Отмечается, что рейтинги помещены в список CreditWatch с негативным прогнозом.
Рейтинги CCC+, CCC, и CCC- означают, что страна имеет трудности с платежеспособностью, возможность выплаты долгов зависит от благоприятной экономической конъюнктуры.
