Пересадка костного мозга ребёнку с генетическим заболеванием успешно прошла в Тюмени. Такая операция впервые состоялась в России.
Врачи Российской детской клинической больницы провели уникальную операцию. Она состоялась в отделении трансплантологии РДКБ – филиале РНИМУ имени. Н И. Пирогова Минздрава РФ. Впервые медикам удалось осуществить пересадку костного мозга четырёхлетнему пациенту с редким генетическим заболеванием. Ребёнок из Тюмени с диагнозом альфа-маннозидоз получил необходимую медицинскую помощь.
Пересадка костного мозга ребёнку прошла удачно
Мальчик с орфанным заболеванием после операции получил благоприятный прогноз в лечении. Врачи отметили полное приживление донорского костного мозга спустя несколько недель. Этот процесс проходил без осложнений. И теперь юный пациент растёт и развивается нормально, его психические показатели улучшились.

Донором костного мозга для ребёнка стала сестра. Она прошла необходимые процедуры для осуществления трансплантации. Операцию удалось провести благодаря полной совместимости органов донора и пациента. Ребёнок сейчас получает иммуносупрессивную терапию. Это позволит избежать отторжение пересаженной ткани.
Трансплантации костного мозга является наиболее эффективным методом лечения альфа-маннозидоза
Альфа-маннозидоз – одна из самых редких болезней накопления. Это патология, которая вызвана дефектом фермента альфа-маннозидазы. Основными симптомами заболевания являются:
- аномалии развития костей,
- иммунодеффицит,
- умственная отсталость,
- тугоухость.
Альфа-маннозидоз передаётся по наследству и встречается как у мужчин, так и у женщин. Лекарства от генетического заболевания нет. В большинстве случаев врачи назначают лишь симптоматическое лечение. Кроме того, введение недостающего фермента совсем не эффективно. Но пересадка костного мозга ребёнку способствует замедлению прогрессирования заболевания.
Донорство костного мозга относительно безопасно. Это пожертвование клеток кроветворной системы, находящихся внутри кости таза. Процедура забора проходит под общим наркозом или эпидуральной анестезией. В целом донорство кроветворных клеток не связано с сильным болевым синдромом.
